Desktop Appraisal

A desktop appraisal report is typically used to determine value without the expense of an on-site inspection of the machinery or equipment. Pictures, a brief description of the machinery or equipment, usage/income history, and/or maintenance history are among the types of information supplied to PHC by the client. PHC appraisers then establishes a value based on his information and issues the Appraisal.

Field Appraisal

Our appraisers value and appraises your equipment based on a field inspection/inventory and other company documentation which may include original purchase orders, maintenance information, or in the case of Income Approach, certain financial data. A field appraisal report includes an on-site inspection by one of our associates and is typically utilized for estimating the value of machinery and equipment. On-site inspection details and photographs are included in the appraisal report.
